Thank you to owners Nate & Ben for the wonderful job on staining our wood ceilings. Pine is a difficult wood to get a good finish on, but they nailed it. Nate picked up his first paintbrush working alongside his father, learning the value of craftsmanship and attention to detail at a young age. His journey later led him into leadership roles in government contracting — where he honed his skills in communication, logistics, and team development. Now, he’s back to his roots and leading Tidal Touch’s day-to-day operations with a relentless focus on client experience, job quality, and doing things the right way.

Ben’s Story:
A lifelong resident of Baldwin County, Benjamin spent nearly two decades serving the public through fire and emergency medical services.
